About Us

Kal Krishnan Consulting Services, Inc. (KKCS) is a full-service program, project, and construction management firm with demonstrated experience in planning, design, construction, start-up, and operations for the transportation/transit industry. A California corporation and certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE), the firm is headquartered in El Segundo, CA, and has grown steadily since its founding in 1987. Today KKCS employs approximately 75 professionals throughout 12 regional offices located on both coasts, including professional engineers in various disciplines, many with more than 30 years of experience.

Founded with a primary focus on project controls for transit infrastructure, KKCS has over the years, expanded our services to include program and project management for work in the transportation, facilities, and utilities sectors. With over 30 years of dedicated effort, KKCS has attracted highly competent management, technical, and administrative staff, offering the full range of engineering, construction management, program management, and project management skills.

Founder’s Note: Founded by Kal Krishnan in 1987, KKCS opened its first office to support work with BART. His years of leadership and dedication helped bring KKCS to where it is today. In 2012, Dev Krishnan took over as President of KKCS, succeeding his father, Kal Krishnan. Several months later, in January 2013, Dev assumed full ownership of the company.
